There is much to appreciate about Recharge. It's conveniently located inside the Courts Plus building, where a lot of people, including me, work out. (But anyone can enter the building to visit the therapists.) It's fairly easy to set up appointments. Tara really knows PT and has helped me get past knee pain without injections or meds. I highly recommend Recharge.
I tweaked my back at work and was unable to stand completely upright and my right leg I was unable to straighten otherwise I had to have my knee bent. I went to the chiropractor and they couldn’t adjust me at all because of how tight everything was locked up. Eventually went to the doctor and they prescribed me muscle relaxers and sent me home. Dr. Tara is amazing! When I had sciatic & lower back pain she did dry needling and cupping to help relieve the pain. She also provided me with other exercises and stretches to do at home! I highly recommend her!
