I met with Tara 6 times over this past golf season to help improve my swing. The analysis helped identify things for me to work on. I received exercises and workouts specific to areas I needed to focus on. My rotation improved greatly, as well as other areas in my swing. This improved my power and distance overall and has positively impacted my golf game. I highly recommend signing up. I'll definitely look to sign up again.
