Incredible! Customer service is still possible. Ross, thankyou. Answered texts on his holidays. Came when he said he would. Did what he said he'd do, is friendly, and good at his job. Highly recommed this company to anyone.
Ross was fantastic, he attended quickly and was able to identify and rectify the problem much faster than i thought (not that i honestly knew how long it would take). Highly recommend and will definitely be using his services again.
Recharge Electrical come out after hours to restore my power after a safety switch failure. Ross was prompt and professional, completing the job and restoring power very quickly. He explained what the problem was, what was required to fix it and recommendations regarding the age and reliability of the type of safety switch being used in the power board. Excellent value for money especially considering it was a Saturday evening call out. I will definitely be recommending and using the services of Recharge Electrical again.
