Dr. Christian is great and so is Recharge Chiropractic. I've never felt so seen and understood by a chiropractor before. Their approach to wellness is full body and not just a quick fix for back pain. I havent felt this good in years. The receptionist, Taylor, is helpful and greets you with a smile. If you ever miss an appointment she is the first to reach out and make sure you are okay and willing to get you rescheduled. Glad I went to them for my pain.
I am very greatful for the progress I have made. I've noticed that I am saying 'yes' more often instead of 'no' when it comes to participating in activities, which is a positive. My fibromyalgia flares are less intense and I am sleeping better, which has helped me feel more like myself. I have learned a lot about the nervous system and how it is associated with other body systems. I feel lighter emotionally and much more hopeful for the future! I am very thankful for the support and everything I have learned along the way.
