I was looking to join a gym that had hours that worked around my work schedule. I was told about Recharge, but I was afraid it was a gym geared more towards bodybuilding. I was very happily surprised when I took a tour, the place is small with a lot of equipment both for cardio and weight training. I am in my 50s and I’ve never had a steady workout routine, but I feel very comfortable at this gym. It is there for me 24 hours a day, and if I do go at night there’s many safety precautions intact.
