I have finally found a gym that I feel comfortable in and actually look foward to going to. They are open 24/7, have TONS of machines, weights and anything you would need to get in shape. And, the facility is always immaculately clean. I have been working with Helen, my trainer, for about 6 months now. She is truly a god send to me. I love this gym. Helen my trainer is fantastic. I’ve gotten so much stronger working with her! I’ve been working with Helen for a year and my strength and balance is so much better. This is so important for a 69 year old. Thank you Helen for everything!

I currently go here and I love it! 24 hours and the staff is amazing with great communication and support!
