I watched as a serious ball was dropped but this firm in my husbands custody case. Went in wanting them of the other attorney and dirty tricks, needed someone to fight for the kids. They let everything slip and wracked up such extensive bills. Originally seemed wonderful but when push came to shove didnt want ro file sanctions because "they still needed to work with the other attorney". Allowed my husband to be completly railroaded. I hired Rech sometime in 2023. Two lawyers and three years later we have yet to see resolution. It was a mistake to hire this firm. There were several months where I had no representation and no return on my emails. My original attorney quit this firm. Fast forward to mid 2026 and we have gone from communication blackout to being HAUNTED by some insignificant in the billing department. 24 hours after a bill is released you will get an email from Jon Chode in customer relations, every time. I got a divorce through Rech. The initial attorney they provided quit so then they passed me to another attorney. Both lacked communication and turned what I was told to be quick and simple into a long, drawn out divorce. I thought my exes attorney was the one taking forever to reply and holding things up, turns out it was my own attorney.
