Very cool shop! Staff is very nice and helpful.
Placed an on-line order for a product that their website said was in stock. Turned out the item was out of stock and the website had not been updated with their current stock levels. I was given the option to select another more expensive item as a replacement or be given a refund. I choose the latter and sadly, I was never issued the refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact the shop and try and get my money back but they have gone completely silent and are seemly unwilling to issue my refund. I am currently having t... read more
