This used to be our favorite indoor playground. We came back after many months of not coming and I’m not sure what happened or if they changed owners but everything is extremely dirty, the Lego area is moldy, the piece are disgusting, the balls in the ball pit are all dirty as well, there is dust throughout the corners of the facility and when I approached the three ladies at the front desk they explained that the Lego pieces were cleaned a month ago, and that there was nothing they could do at the moment. The toys and floor are very dirty. The bottom of my new white socks are gray after leaving they definitely need to do a good clean
Almost every play surface was dirty, I'm talking sticky black rubber dirty, the one plastic gets when it hasn't being washed in a while. I'm far from a germophobe and the type of parent that lets kids get dirty and roll in the dirt outside if I can, and I would return to this place for free.
I was very disappointed with the condition of this playground. It is concerning to see a space designed for children maintained in such an unsafe and unsanitary way. The area was visibly dirty, and there appeared to be little to no effort made to clean or sanitize the toys and equipment. Many items were broken or not functioning properly. For example, the caterpillar in the baby area is damaged in a way that could easily pinch a child’s fingers, which is a serious safety concern.
