Recess is a very welcoming and exciting place to be. Every time I leave, I feel energized, happy, and appreciated. The instructors are amazing and very motivating. I love seeing the instructor’s favorite playlists posted on their Instagram story because it really shows how Recess values community, plus it motivates me to book another class :) I truly enjoy every visit here and don’t think cycling is the same anywhere else.

Love love!!! What a fun group of people and fun classes! I was invited here by a coworker and I’m hooked. Every instructor is super welcoming and has their own individual flair and style. It’s been so fun to get to know each one!

I wanted to take a class here for a while but I was nervous i wouldn’t be able to keep up since I had never done a cycle class before. I finally did it and it was so fun! They helped me set up my bike and answered all my questions. The class was hard but you can still go at your own pace. I really wish I had just done it sooner! I have gone to 3 classes now and will def be going back.
