The Dr Wellness spa, when its working is great. But if it needs service, YOU ARE SCREWED!! The sales staff are great at selling, but once you buy it, and you need support from home office in Tennessee, forget it!! The standard warranty is 6 MONTHS!! Can you imagine spending $4, $5 or $8,000 on a product, and only have a 6 MONTH warranty? Do a detail search on Google for Rec Direct Factory Outlet Reviews, you'll see these guys have horrible customer service, and products are not reliable!
