Good customer service and great food.
If you have small kids definitely go during the day. The homeless people running in and out begging for money was a tad scary for the kids. They really need to have that aspect safer. The city needs to have that park across the street safer as well. As a business, I'd complain. It was a tad disturbing seeing them shower in the fountains and other things that I can't speak of here.
Very good family oriented place. Food and games/ pinball machines
