I’m thankful to have signed up for the 6 week challenge! I initially thought that I would struggle but the support was great and at my own pace. Overall the experience has been fun and enjoyable while also seeing progress that I am happy with.

Love training at Rec Shop! The space is clean, motivating, and has everything you need for strength and conditioning. Rae and Jes are both incredible trainers—they balance tough workouts with encouragement and make sure every session counts. The facility is well-equipped and never feels overcrowded. The environment is welcoming, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. Highly recommend!"
I’m so proud I came into Rec Shop! I needed the extra push to keep me motivated, and they did just that. I didn’t expect to love the working out classes, but I did! The coaches and people are amazing!
