I have had a a great experience with Rich from Rec Pool and Spa. He took his time to educate me on the different spas with no pressure, even came out to my house to see if where I wanted to place spa would be a good place. I am having the spa delivered tomorrow, so looking forward to it! If anybody is thinking of purchasing a spa, do it from Rec Pool & Spa with Rich, you will be happy!
RecommendedJust bought a hot tub from Rec Pool and Spa. Richard, work with me about getting my wife to agree with my selection. I was very impressed how much Richard knows about hot tubs. From the day we bought the hot tub, it was delivered the very next day. This is my 4th hot tub & the technology is much better than the past hot tubs I’ve owned. If you’re gonna get jacuzzi, buy local. The technicians from Rec Pool and Spa are passionate about what they do. Do see Richard Holz.
We had a great experience with the manager Mr Richard Holz. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the industry. We felt he was very patient in explaining our choices an we would definitely recommend the store. The prices were fair an the selection was well picked out. We will be recommending them!

Worked with Joe. High pressure sales the whole time. When we felt that we needed to think about it, his response was not to come back and to go buy the competitor's "shit spa" made of pressure treated wood frame, (rather than Resin composite), and would be eaten by termites. Even called us stupid (backed by his boss who blurted out similar remarks).
