I had the privilege of coaching at Rec Gym Kirrawee for a few years, and it will always hold a special place for me. After moving, having my first son and 2 years off training, I didn’t think I would go back to CrossFit. With gymnastics being my biggest weakness, it made sense to do trial at Rec (Their Coaches are second to none). I never turned back and couldn’t be happier with my decision to join. Easily my favourite hour of each day 🤍 Highly recommend Rec to anyone regardless of your current fitness level!
I went in to learn a rope climb… and ended up finding the best part of my day. Two years ago, I signed up for a comp at rec having never done CrossFit before. I walked in to learn how to climb a rope and hoped for the best. what I thought would be a one-off turned into a daily commitment.
