Just tried out this service for the first time. Really helpful and friendly support. I had a $50 off coupon so I received 7 pounds worth of food for $72 including delivery and got to keep the ice packs. Food was still cold when it was delivered. I am not finished yet but everything has been really good so far. Only thing I would change is a few more options on the A La Carte menu. Lamb and a couple fish options would be great. I have been a customer for maybe 6ish months. I could not be happier with this service. The convenience factor is amazing. The meals themselves are absolutely delicious, I’ve loved every single one of them. The selections are always so varied and everything is packaged so nicely. The customer service is 12/10.
