I’ve been using this meal prep service for about six weeks now, and I’m absolutely loving it! It makes staying on track with my nutrition so much easier without having to spend time cooking every day. I also love having a variety of different hot meals to choose from, so it never feels repetitive. It makes tracking my nutrition really easy and convenient. I am new to Rebuilt Meals, but my first week was a delicious surprise. I have meat texture sensitivities and had no issues with any of the meats being fatty or off in flavor. Additionally, the meals were all very flavorful and seasoned well. I like that the macros are all written out on the packaging along with easy to follow instructions.
