I'm just easing back into working out after major shoulder surgery 2 years ago, and a friend suggested that I try the Retired and Fit class. I love it! I feel challenged but am able to modify my workout to fit my needs. A great group of people here at Rebuilt Fitness!
I retired a year ago and just hibernated. My nursing career just left me burned out. But after a visit with my primary care doctor, and a change in labs, I knew it was time to get serious about my health again. I did quite a bit of research on options in the area. Visiting from Sacramento CA! This gym is so welcoming. I felt right at home. They had all the equipment I needed and even more that I didn’t know I needed, but I did. The class was really good too. I definitely recommend.. Also I loved the girl power vibe!
Just joined the retired and fit class. I have nothing but positive things to say about the class and the instructors’ Kim and Brooklyn. The workouts are fun and challenging. I really appreciate that the exercises can be adjusted for my fitness level and shoulder injury. It is just what I need to get me back on the fitness track!!
