Newberg CrossFit is a great place to workout! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging for all levels of fitness! The community is very fun and kind as well. Just a great place to get in shape or even do your own workouts!
I’ve had the chance to drop into two classes, and I’ve had a fantastic experience! The workouts are both fun and challenging, and I appreciated that I was pushed to work hard while still being able to go at my own pace. The warm-ups were excellent, and I really liked the clear instructions and helpful feedback from the instructor, Michael. Overall, a great atmosphere and a supportive environment.
