I’ve had the chance to drop into two classes, and I’ve had a fantastic experience! The workouts are both fun and challenging, and I appreciated that I was pushed to work hard while still being able to go at my own pace. The warm-ups were excellent, and I really liked the clear instructions and helpful feedback from the instructor, Michael. Overall, a great atmosphere and a supportive environment.
I dropped in two times while on vacation in Newburg. It was a great facility and friendly staff. The times that worked with my schedule was during open gym hours and I did one of the programmed workouts on the whiteboard, which was great! I was also able to do one of my gym’s WODs while there as well. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Willamette Valley or live in the area

Wow, where do I even begin with how fantastic this gym is? From the outside, it might look like your typical CrossFit setup, but the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a truly warm and inviting atmosphere.
