I am so grateful I was able to take this class. A very trusted mentor highly recommended it (he took it years ago!) and I have been beyond humbled and amazed at how much I have been able to learn heal after my divorce in these 10 weeks of class (thanks to the investment of very gracious facilitators and volunteers) - I still have so far to go re healing, and so much work to do on myself but now I have a community and tools to use as I continue to heal and move forward. Participating in my Rebuilders Seminar was a deeply impactful experience. I wasn't sure how I would fit in as I took the course a few years after my divorce was finalized. Our facilitator, Bob, promised me that the course work would be relevant and he was right! Rebuilders has been such a gift! Because I have graduated recently, I can say that I have a set of deep friendships and a community for a lifetime. That community provides support, laughter, a place where I’m accepted, and a place where I belong. I started this class in such deep grief, and to now be genuinely happy as myself is incredible. Worth it- just do it! I knew I needed support during the process of my divorce and after it was final. What I learned about myself was transforming, and the community was extremely supportive. Bob and Shea are amazing facilitators and the volunteers held space for us and supported us every step of the way, 10/10 recommend!
