I didn’t know what to expect when I first came to rebuilders, but what I experienced far exceeded my expectations. I was able to move from being stuck in grief and anger towards acceptance and moving on. I was able to do this by interacting with others who are going through the exact same process. If you’re feeling isolated and alone then do yourself a favor and join a rebuilders group as soon as you can! We get well and stay well together!

Participating in my Rebuilders Seminar was a deeply impactful experience. I wasn't sure how I would fit in as I took the course a few years after my divorce was finalized. Our facilitator, Bob, promised me that the course work would be relevant and he was right! The deep reflection and self exploration was extremely helpful and I came away with tools and insights that will help me in future relationships. Feeling frightened and alone during the divorce process, Rebuilders was recommended to me. A beautiful way to pull myself up and move forward. This seminar is a safe environment to unload, understand and find self compassion…not to mention the community of amazing people that come to surround you!

Rebuilders has been such a gift! Because I have graduated recently, I can say that I have a set of deep friendships and a community for a lifetime. That community provides support, laughter, a place where I’m accepted, and a place where I belong. I started this class in such deep grief, and to now be genuinely happy as myself is incredible.
