I visited ReBuild Fitness to deal with what seemed to be nerve pain radiating from my back. When I first started working with Eric, I did not yet have a medical diagnosis. Eric worked with me, teaching me improved posture, both while sitting and standing, and while moving. He also started me on a strength training path. Today, I am pain free, despite a somewhat dismal back issue diagnosis, because of, I believe, the foundation of strength and alignment as outlined by Eric.

Before working with Eric Wood-Solomon at Rebuild Fitness and Physiotherapy, I felt I was staring down a tunnel at a lifetime of pain and back surgeries. I felt my marathon days were behind me, and I would struggle to keep up with my small children as they grew. Thanking Eric and our very special Jordan, for the Cancer Rehab classes. I honestly didn't think I could do it, but approaching our last day, my balance, energy, strength and confidence has greatly improved. I am now ready to face the next chapter in my journey, feeling so much better. The friendly and knowledgeable staff just added to the experience in a positive way. "Way to go team"
