Worst place to have a party. They are unorganized and rude. Constantly charging for more and more. We never received the service that we paid for. Our host was too busy helping the other parties. They do not know what customer service is. They do not know how to handle parties or even know how to treat people. They charged us a gratuity for service that we did not receive. Biggest scam I have ever seen.

When we was in Orlando Fl. We just had to take my son at the time he was 16. He had a blast on the trampolines doing his flips and all that good stuff. My daughter had blast in the game room while he jumped. We will be going back when we go back to Florida.
My family and I were in Orlando the week prior to Thanksgiving with time to spare, so we checked out Rebounders. The staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating our needs. The place was very clean with adequate staff members for each child there insuring Safety First. Will definitely check this place out again next year while on vacation.
