HORRIBLE with communication and time management when scheduled to arrive at committed time, in which agreed to by patient and therapist via txt message! Being able to confirm appointments via txt was great because it held both parties accountable, however with doing so the facility and staff still held themselves to no regards to the commitment's agreed to.
