Dr. Lela is phenomenal. I'm blessed to be assigned to her. She's exceptional across the board. Elite communication skills. Expert in Active Listening. She's also incredibly patient, polite, and professional. Great at explaining instructions and how her techniques will help my back recover from my sciatica pain.
Not much to share yet on my experience at Rebound physical therapy as yesterday was my first visit and was more of an evaluation rather than treatment next week I will start some treatment and I will know more then
If you are a Veteran do NOT use Rebound Physical Therapy I had a knee replacement surgery and went there for rehab. Although Rebound was given authorization from the VA they did not use it and billed my other insurance instead so they would get more money. By the time I found out I owed them money the VA approval had expired. Four different times I was told that a supervisor would call me but they never did. Got so frustrated I just paid it.
