I have had a wonderful experience with the staff. Dr Sophia Holmes has challenged me to improve my strength and functionality after surgery for a chronic issue. She’s always positive and finds ways to keep me motivated. Having gone through rehab several times, I really appreciate her ability to observe and access quickly. She moves swiftly to correct form and provide additional information on how each exercise will help me heal. She does all of this while also being lighthearted and finding the fun in the work!
Sophia was amazing! She checked in with me every session to see where I was at and kept pushing me to reach my goals. It was amazing to be able to walk and kneel again. I would highly recommend her at Rebound Bend South.
