I recently had my first visit at Rebound with my dog. Because she was not only in pain but also behaviourally unwell, our visit might have been very challenging, but thanks to the superb service we received it was a huge success. Dr. Laura was punctual, accommodating, thoughtful, and thorough. When working through our exercises she was calm, patient, and humane. I absolutely love Macarena's work she is amazing. Having 4 sporting dogs, being able to take them in and have them assessed by someone with that depth of knowledge, is invaluable to me. She's very good at communicating concepts so that I can understand them. She's also very good at adjusting her approach for different types of dogs (e.g. I have one dog who is nervous, another that is high energy, another that is elderly).
