You guys call me to reschedule my appointment 40 minutes before closing for an appointment that is the next day at 8am. I called back 1 minute after I missed the call, only to get put on hold for 20 minutes. I finally clicked 1 for call back, only to get no call back. Then I decided to call back because it was 5 minutes before you closed at that point and I was getting worried about my appointment. Dr Wong explained the hand procedure clearly and efficiently to me. He gave me time to ask any questions prior to completing the procedure. He was skilled with the injections and I was very pleased with his work.
