Stephanie Conner failed to figure out a major disfunction of my hip. When I had the narratives from my scans of other facilities like the VA, that she cannot access, she waved her dismissive hand at me and said she did not need to see them. Then did the most half-ass exam on me and said it was not my hip. I was literally in shock because I thought Rebound was supposed to “it” and I was being dismissed AGAIN. 2 times now i recieved an message that i can take an earlier appointment and by the time i get thru to them its not available anymore even though it says i have the rest of the day to reply.. you guys need to work on your scheduling skills. Very poor ! Im done..

It took me 3 months to get an appt with the neurosurgeon regarding my neck and back. At my appt, he only had time to address my neck. He ordered a CT scan which I got 2 days later, also ordered a steroid injection, and told me to wait for them to call me to schedule the shot and follow up appt. The doctor told me they could address my very painful back at my follow up appt. 3 weeks later they called and said it would be 3 months for a follow up appt. From my first visit to my post op exam and PT, everyone has been kind, compassionate, caring and professional. I feel like I am in the best of hands and have been receiving the greatest care.
