I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I specifically told Rebound when scheduling that I was looking for a physical therapist with experience treating golfers and a TPI-based approach for my lower back pain. Despite clearly explaining what I needed, they scheduled me with the wrong provider. Within minutes of the appointment starting, the physical therapist told me he wasn't the right person and referred me to a different therapist. That was the entire visit. Just as basic as most other large hospital orthopedics. All hype. Go to Summit Spine (great surgeon there) for your spine. Go to ROC PDX Orthopedics (taking care of my hip) I had to go here because Rebound’s Stephanie Conner could not figure out I have a displaced hip labrum. Very disappointing because I specifically had them in my mind to help me when the VA was not able to help me because the inept doctors I was sent to at the Oregon Clinic and OHSU.
