Dr Southerland is a fantastic doctor. He is very patient and takes time with you. You always feel like you are his priority. I had gone to 2 other providers but was not happy with them. I feel so lucky to have found him. Everyone at Rebound is so friendly and nice. I will be having knee replacement surgery next year and feel confident I have found the best place I could be.
Rebound is very professional and has quick service and results. They address your problems directly with accurate solutions and give you the option of acting on the solutions or not.
If you prefer to be treated as a billing code, Rebound is your place. It is the epitome of corporatized medicine. I was told exactly what Rebound wanted to tell me, when they wanted to tell it to me. My questions were always met with the response that they would be addressed "later."
