Dr. Fraser was great! He explained his observations thoroughly, and let me know what he was doing during the procedure. Procedure was far less painful than previously administered. Would highly recommend.
This place cannot get their scheduling together.
The nurse that did my intake was rude when I asked her if she already had the x-rays that should have been sent over for my previous doctor she told me they wouldn't use them anyway. The doctor did not do a range of motion physical exam on me, and when she didn't see anything on the 4X rays they took she told me she'd take an MRI of the spine I asked her more than once to please take MRI's of the hip,as this was where my pain was, and given the amount of pain I was in, I didn't want to have to go through another MRI later, u... read more
I was told I would get scheduled for an MRI the same day. it has been well over a month, and I'm kind of being treated like I'm crazy. this has been an absolute waste of time for a problem that I really urgently need addressed
Dr chang is the best!! Had surgery with her and was highly pleased with end to end discussion, exploring other options, and then with the surgery itself
