Our daughter received excellent care for a SLAP tear from Dr Ellis- he’s a compassionate doctor and a truly gifted surgeon. This review does not reflect his skill or care, as both are/were top notch. I would recommend him to family and friends, but with a caveat. The lower marks on this review pertain to the Rebound office staff and care model, which left something to be desired. Very disappointing experience with Devin Karvelas. I waited 3 months for the appointment. I was disappointed with his bedside matter, lack of concern for me as a patient, and his lack of knowledge and innovation about my back issues. He didn't have any thing to offer and the appointment was super short. Do your research before coming here so you don't waste time and money with a provider that won't work with you.
This was this a terrible place to go as a disabled man. The multiple lies and false diagnosis have led me to have to warn anyone about Dr. Chestnut and Dr. Kaluza. Those two doctors should never work again. The first red flag was how rude the obese front desk women were while drinking comically large water cups and barking orders. Luckily a young guy from the physical therapy department became so embarrassed he stepped in to help me. I saw Dr. Chestnut after being directed into an x-ray room for an image.
