Time and time again the Drs and staff at Rebound Orthopedics amaze me with just how very awesome they all are. My quality of life and probably my life itself was restored and saved by these ladies and gentleman. I've had to have 2 spinal surgeries in my neck which required a lot of hardware and no guarantees. Fast forward almost 3 years to now and I'm doing so much better than back then but still needing Rebounds Drs. I can't say enough good things about all the people there. Dr. Jacobs is an excellent doctor. He is very friendly and knowledgeable . He takes the time to listen and explain things. I would highly recommend him!
Great experience with both the physician and all the staff.
We were referred to them from our emergency department. My daughter has a spinal fracture in severe pain can bareky move. We waited three days, called them multiple times on hold for over 5 hours total for the past three days. Only to be finally told they don't accept pediatric patients. This is completely unacceptable. They should be upfront and honest during the first initial call so we would not have wastes precious time trying to get in.
