Worst customer service/experience at a medical office ever! They were short staffed and running behind which caused people to get checked in late, and for some people that meant they were refused to be seen that day. And to make matters worse they sent staff out to argue with patients about the issue in the middle of the lobby - I would rather just keep my chronic hip/knee pain than give them my business!
