I wanted to offer a rebuttal to Jonathan's review which is something I normally would not do. As he seems to fail to understand that Rebound is a Development company. They do offer some rental options which are income restricted NOT to be confused with 30% of your income. However, most of the work they do is to create housing to build home ownership in a majority minority populated area that has had limited development or funding put in it. They don't have any actual affordable housing and I am trying to figure how this organization is of any help to the people. It seems like just another organization that doesn't fix anything but earns an income on affordable housing problem not being fixed.
