I went to Rebound Health at Warriewood this week for the first time I found the professionals there very nice and friendly They sat down with me and told me about their work and asked many questions in great detail I also got to ask many questions and It was really good to see they took the time to answer me and explained everything ! I’m taking these classes as recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I researched most gyms in my area and Rebound Health seemed to be the one most appropriate for my problem. I’m a few session in and so far finding the exercise focus on balance, strength and coordination is targeting my need to improve bone density. These small classes are held in a safe environment and my dedicated physiologist is patient, encouraging and overall a really friendly teacher.
