True professionals. We originally reached out to Reborn Renovation when we noticed the toilet in our bathroom wobbled excessively at the base, suspecting a problem with the floor or sub-floor. Roger responded promptly and took the time to understand the issue and what we were looking to have done, and laid out a plan to complete the work. Reborn Renovation met all of my expectations and then some for a contractor. They arrived on time, left a tidy work site each day, performed quality work, great job cleaning up and finished with in the time frame on the contract. In my book that meets the definition of 5 star work! I will be hiring them again...soon!
My Husband and I are first time Homeowners and don't have a lot of experience in home repairs, so we were nervous about finding someone to fix our bathroom floor. The previous homeowner had installed it, badly, and tiles were loose and grout was crumbling under our feet.
