I never leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I called the shop to ask about a sound my bike was making and to book an appointment. While I understand that diagnosing issues over the phone is not possible, the man I spoke with was dismissive and rude. He told me there was no point in calling shops at all, and when I clarified I was simply trying to schedule a visit, he informed me they were booked until August and hung up without another word... Came to pick up a tire I ordered and get it installed. I let them know ahead of time I was on my way. When I got there 4 guys were chatting at the back. They don’t seem to care about their customers (especially new ones). Told me to go sit in the office without evening saying hello lol. I was forced to sit with their little dog barking at me. This is honest business and the job is top quality!!! Lots experience in working on harley davison engines and all kinds upgrades. Good price Easy going communication c and the motorcycle ready very fast was he works on the bike will give updates what's going on.
