I just picked up my 2024 Model 3 and couldn’t be happier. Excellent service all around, I especially appreciate the communication throughout the process letting me know what’s going on and the approximate date I can expect my car to be ready. Staff is friendly and professional with a great detailing crew. I highly recommend Reborn in Langley.
These guys messed up my Tesla, didn't fix it and body still uneven, not impressed at all...and ICBC still won't respond about it. Super ticked off. Also ruined my after market parts, ended up being another $350 out of pocket. Update: In response to them claiming they can't find our claim...it was under Kathy J.
