Went for the first time here for a hot cold plunge and the staff helped me through it then left me to my own devices which I enjoyed, I will be back weekly to use the sauna and ice bath they have and I haven't slept so good in a while after doing the steps, they will ask you to shower before hand though and have showers on site if you not the time beforehand
Great experience from the arrival to the departure. Everyone there (not just the staff) seemed to genuinely be enjoying themselves on their individual journeys through fitness! It was awesome to see and I will be back!

This was my first time with cold plunging and the infrared sauna. Jarod was super helpful and explained everything. Also he talked me through my first two minutes of my cold plunging which I was grateful for. Definitely will be back!
