Great experience from the arrival to the departure. Everyone there (not just the staff) seemed to genuinely be enjoying themselves on their individual journeys through fitness! It was awesome to see and I will be back!
Great workouts and coaches who care about your goals/recovery.
This was my first time with cold plunging and the infrared sauna. Jarod was super helpful and explained everything. Also he talked me through my first two minutes of my cold plunging which I was grateful for. Definitely will be back!
It's a good place everyone is cool . The cold 🥶 plunge was great if anyone looking to put they body in the cold 🥶 for recovery I recommend you come here.
