Visited with a reference and clear conception of my design. Price quoted was more than twice that of an ARCHITECT that I had consulted less than three years earlier, even though the architect's quoted price also covered the fees of a civil engineer he used for his designs! Price is not everything, but it is a lot. Otherwise, nice office.
