Had them take over our successful rental home in Flagstaff. Ended up firing them 2 mos later. Nothing but issues with them and they treated our house like garbage. Overcharged us, broken things were not fixed, communication was awful with numerous people at the company. Would not recommend them for managing your rental property.
Rented a home through airbnb and needed to cancel. I cancelled prior to the 48 hours for a full refund and the company only gave a partial refund. This is a shady company, beware! I have never had a problem with an airbnb prior to this rental. I have reached out to my credit card company since the REBL Rentals have ghosted me.
Hans and team was great. Everything as advertised. Great house and location. Highly recommend Rebl rentals.
