I had auto payments set up and they just stopped withdrawing them. I was sent to collections, and I've been trying to get assistance with paying my balance with no help at all. The billing department does not answer when calling. When I set up an appointment for them to call back, they called hours late when I was not available. I'm literally trying to give them money and they're ruining my credit. The payment portal does not accept payment. I've asked for help with no response at all. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!
