Attempting to reach the billing department has been an absolute nightmare.
He ido a este lugar varias veces y he tenido cita virtual en varias ocasiones, ahora esta última cita en virtual , fue una doctora algo impaciente o habría tenido tal vez un mal dia yo no se...pero como que se molestaba si tenia dudas y las hacia. Lo malo que no recuerdo el nombre. Después preferí no hacer mas preguntas por la forma en que contestaba . He tenido otras doctoras diferentes y con ellas todo muy bien.
The PA and technicians that I worked with have been great however the billing department is impossible to get in contact with. Calling Rebis billing puts you in a call queue for around 5 minutes before you are forced into voicemail. I have called Rebis billing many times and have never once been able to speak with someone. I suspect they do not staff their call queue. I have received great care from Rebis Health with respect to my need to use a CPAP machine for my health. Using a CPAP machine for the past six years has changed my life. I used to have high apnea rates each night (as revealed by my initial sleep test) and via my CPAP machine, those apnea are essentially reduced to zero! If you are contemplating getting a CPAP machine to address your snoring, my advice is do it! It will help you so much!
