I’ve been seeing Richelle for chiropractic appointments since my second trimester and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s knowledgeable and professional and I always feel so much better after appointments. It’s kept back and hip pain under control throughout this pregnancy!
I cannot thank the team at Rebirth enough for their support both pre and post-partum. I took the Childbirth Education Class with Alyssa and was so impressed by how engaging and informative it was. I left the class feeling excited to give birth. After our son was born, we returned to Rebirth for paediatric physiotherapy. We worked with Jamieson, who was kind, caring, and professional. What a gem of a place and such an ingenious concept for expectant and new parents. Rebirth is your go to for all of your pre and post natal needs which can be difficult to navigate as a new and expectant parent. My husband and I attended the full day Birthing Prep course with Rebecca and we could not recommend it enough. Rebecca was an amazing facilitator and the content was relevant and useful for first time parents. I have also have prenatal massages with Erica who is such a beautiful soul. Highly recommend Rebirth.
