... about 1 year ago I placed an order for our company with Rebirth/Fitnessplus/the Pulse Group USA for 1 cybex leg press, 1 cybex 45° calf machine and 1 hammer strength bicep curl. I then paid $5,885.00 to the Pulse Group USA account for the 3 machines, including shipping to Germany. Supposedly, the refurbished devices should be ready for dispatch within 6 weeks. We ordered equipment some time LAST YEAR 2021! ive spoke with liz and john Greeley about a refund. They said a restocking fee will be in place because the equipment was ready to ship. We then ask then why has it not shipped? We got the cold shoulder. Nobody answered. Ive called multiple times to john and liz from different numbers. They ignore us. Tracked down something I needed and it was delivered and installed with no issues
Highly recommend this company for your fitness needs. I received two strength pieces that I had remanufactured and they look as close to new as you can get for less than half the price. Delivery team was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment.
