Horrible experience trying to get routine shots for our puppy. We ended up leaving without shots after their solution to a nervous puppy was to sedated him. They didn’t even try to offer him a treat or anything. They just wanted to muscle him down after I questioned why they would use a sedative (he is a small puppy!). The behavior of the staff is beyond poor customer service and the way they treat animals is harmful and traumatizing. I would strongly recommend seeking vet care elsewhere. We have been taking our boxer here for almost 10 years with only one issue with one of the vets, O’Conner, and after requesting not having him for any future appointments for our dog, future visits were great. Unfortunately, this guy ended up being the vet that refused to examine our dog during an emergency appointment because he ‘looked fine’ when he passed Rocky in the hallway.
