Disappointing communication when it matters most. I took our dog in to find out why she hadn't been eating well. They performed some testing and called with some unfortunate news about a kidney function problem. The doctor recommended immediate hospitalization, but gave a few options. Reber Ranch has been my dog's vet for over a decade, and they've offered great care in the past. Unfortunately, they've really gone downhill. Our appointments have been getting worse and my senior dog just had his dental cleaning. Before the appointment, I asked if they could check and test a suspicious growth during the procedure.
