We came for Taco Tuesday and left wondering why every day can’t be Taco Tuesday. The tacos were absolutely loaded with flavour, the dirty fries were so good they should probably come with a warning label, and the beer was cold, crisp, and disappeared way too fast. Whoever decided tacos and great craft beer belong together deserves a raise. Hands down, phenomenal! We attended a Rooted Living Designs workshop hosted at Rebellion Brewing, and this was our second time attending an event there. From start to finish, it was an incredible experience. We ordered a few appetizers and some food, and everything was absolutely delicious.
