My wife has been going to Rebel for several months now and I’ve watched her enjoy it so much that I wanted to write a review. I’ve never seen her look so forward to going to the gym. She’s gotten stronger, lost weight, looks and feels great, and is actually having fun. The staff is friendly and generous with their time and expertise. One time when I went to pick up my wife, one of their coaches, Ryan, gave me really helpful tips about my own fitness. This place is special and I’d recommend it to anyone.
This place is fantastic! I have never looked so forward to exercise in my life. The excellent staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They keep track of all your routines for you, they track all of your progress, help you set up and put things away so that you can just get in there and focus. You will make more progress here than ever and have more fun while you’re doing it! I cannot recommend Rebel highly enough!
