BEST CLASS! I recommend it to everyone! From the atmosphere to the intensity 10 out of 10 all the way around. I was a bit intimidated having never done a spin class before, but was made to feel right at home. Everyone is super welcoming and encouraging. You won't regret going!

Awesome workout and amazing friendly staff, especially Dior. I was intimidated and didn't know how intense the workout was for my level, but she talked me through the process and it was worth dropping in! Will be back again for sure.
