Thank You, Rebel Spin for letting us exercise with Mrs. Haley. She is so energetic and it kept me pumped up. I also liked how they allowed us to play our own songs which was nice. The shoes were comfortable and the cold towels felt good after the bike ride. All in all this was a pleasant and amazing experience. I will defintely be coming back!!
I have been a member at Rebel for over 4 years and can honestly say I have NEVER had a bad experience! Haley is not only one of the sweetest humans I've ever met but also an amazing, uplifting, motivating and compassionate instructor. We have had an absolute blast with Rebel Spin as a class. My adult special needs class has been there twice and we have left there smiling, sweaty, and exhausted. Everyone there is so nice! Hayley let the students pick there favorite songs for the playlist while we rode. She has great energy and memorized all of their names. Can't say enough nice things about these awesome people.
I go every time I am in town. The music is awesome, the instructors are friendly and positive, and you can tell they love being there. The other riders look and sound like they are having a blast. It’s an overall enjoyable and fun way to exercise.
