Last two visits have had terrible service. My wife went to use my rebel membership card and was refused . She has used it at a number of different rebel stores in the past It should be pretty black and white not just when you feel like it accepting the membership card. Will stick to Mulgoa road rebel Much better staff
Been through the Penrith shop more times than I can count. Usually the service is passable, mostly interacting with staff at the checkout. Today I got a hand from Jaxon D, younger guy who knew what he was talking about. Made sure I got the right gear and wasn't afraid to admit the store didn't have exactly what I needed and sent me elsewhere for the other things I was looking for. Very well done, keen to get back into the gym with the new stuff
Jasmin gave really good customer service , she checked the size i was after for me and then help me to get it from other store . Which was difficult for me . Really appreciate her .
