***Poor customer experience Female staff member in the shoes department, Saturday 8 August 2026, late afternoon. I found her approach very uncomfortable and frustrating. She stayed nearby the entire time and repeatedly asked if we needed help, even after I had clearly said I would ask if we did. We were looking at football shoes and knew what we wanted; we just needed time to decide.
