Just want to give Caroline 5 stars for her great customer service this arvo. I was there during my lunch break and wanted to quickly grab a few sportswear for my Pickleball Tournament tomorrow. She immediately understood my needs and showed me the right clothing I needed. She also assisted me with fast checkout as I was in a rush to return to work. Thank you for going above and beyond!
Called on the phone to see if I could return shoes I had gotten 4 days ago, have been doing casual walking and there is a sizeable hole on the side of the soles, they said on the phone that they could definitely help with returning/ replacing them, when i went into the store they immediately said no, without any further questions or hearing what i had to say.
