Unacceptable. I came in as a walk in and they told me there would be a little wait. I had no problem with that but then I ended up waiting three hours. They didn’t tell me anything nor update me on the time. A girl came in for a pedicure and manicure and they did her pedicure and still made her wait another hour for her manicure. Completely unacceptable.
Flo at Rebel Nails was great! She did an amazing job on my nails, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. What really stood out to me was how personable and easy she was to talk to. The appointment flew by because the conversation was so enjoyable, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients. I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a talented nail tech and a pleasant experience.... read more
