Don’t bother filling in the review if Rebel send you an email requesting feedback, after a purchase. If your feedback is negative, apparently it doesn’t fit their review criteria. Absolute joke. Also, don’t use their online store, when they send you the wrong product, you have to jump through hurdles to have it returned / refunded. The store takes no responsibility for online purchases.
I’ll be upfront—these days, I’m probably too old for a lot of what’s sold here. But that doesn’t stop me from making the occasional purchase. I genuinely enjoy browsing; the staff are always approachable, knowledgeable, and happy to help. The atmosphere is bright and colourful, and the store has just about everything you can think of—and sometimes more. It’s definitely worth taking a peek inside. You never know what you might be missing out on.
