Good selection
Busy but good
Walked in straight to the back to get shoes. Wandered around for 10 minutes looking for someone to help serve me but couldn't find anyone. Another 2 people were also looking around but there were no staff in sight. As I walked out without service there was one person all the way over the side helping someone and a couple of people at the register and that was it. What's the point of a store that doesn't serve customers?
Changed over shoes from Nike to Asics, I have a wide foot. Noah at Rebel is such a great guy and made sure I had the right fitting shoe. The overall experience was great, and his level of customer service and care is exemplary.
Staff always look after you and are very helpful.
