I was a rebel sport customer for over 25 years. But yesterday I had a terrible experience at this store due to appalling customer service. The shop assistant was extremely rude, condescending, and made humiliating comments in front of other shoppers that left me feeling completely degraded. On top of this they made me wait to get served and when she realised I wasn't purchasing anything they palmed me off to a junior shop assistant to assist with my inquiry. Every time I come here they're out of stock or don't have multiple items of what I'm after or not my size. It's such a big store and yet uts always fullnof nothing useful and the staff are nowhere to be seen. Even when you find something and go to the checkout to pay there's nobody there all the staff are just standing around talking to each other instead of assisting customers.
