Went to buy shoes. There was one person working the shoe department on a Saturday afternoon. There was a queue of people waiting to be served because all shoes are kept out the back. I left and bought elsewhere.
I bought a pair of shoes which start shattered only by wearing once and they refused to return or replace it
Great customer service from a Lady whose name I forgot. From the moment I told her what I was looking for in a shoe she gave me a number of options explaining each perfectly. Great experience. Will be back when I need runners again.
I've been there a couple of times to get things, but I had to return a couple of items and no questions asked
