My family and I have had the best experience from the few spontaneous times we have visited. From assistance with getting stock to understanding the deals they had on. Was a awsome experience. And a big shout out to Santika. Even after having a incident in store the staff still conducted in the best intrest of customers and themselves. Cheers mandurah crew...
I came in today with my grandpa from Albany and was greeted by a lovely lady from the front whom also helped us find everything we needed from jumpers, pants and shirts for my grandpa to workout and cozy clothes for myself and my children. She was a absolute blessing i can not remember her name unfortunately but think she was maybe Maori. She definitely knew what she was talking about with every item she recommended. Honestly, I’m still shocked at what I saw at Rebel Sport Mandurah. One of the older lady workers, Kaye by name tag was straight up rude and disrespectful to a customer for no reason. The way she spoke to them was disgusting and completely uncalled for. It made the whole store feel uncomfortable, and you could tell the customer was taken aback.
