Great customer service from Louise in the kids shoe section. Very knowledgeable and took the time to help us properly decide and choose shoes for our little guy.
Heaps of friendly staff doing their jobs well, well organised and easy to brows threw their new and on sale stock.
20 minutes waiting for someone to come over to the click and collect counter in the meantime, one staff member on the door three people on the tills and one person coming around and just greeting all of his mates that he’s just on shift and didn’t get served. While I’m willing to be patient when I take the time to bother with a clicking collector and it would be faster for me to walk in the store and pick it up myself and pay for it on the normal tools… What’s the point?
