While trying to use the basketball and football facilities, I was told by staff that I was not allowed to use them. After asking why and trying to fix the problem, I was then sent out of the store. I believe Louise was the worker that rained on my parade. 1 star
The customer service here is absolutely loathsome. My friends and I were just trying to have fun in the basketball and soccer courts when the manager Louise rudely told us that we couldn’t wear shoes that aren’t enclosed, which is fair, but when one of my friends suggested to swap shoes to allow the other to go in, she spoke to us in such a rude and horrid tone and told us to leave because we were “back chatting” and kicked us out for no reason. Never coming back here again!
Horrible customer service me and my friends walked into the store to go buy some clothes but we noticed the basketball court so we all decided to just shoot some hoops. We walk in and after shooting for about 10 seconds then the manager named Louise comes walking over and tells me I can’t shoot because I don’t have enclosed shoes. Louise (the manager) kicked my friends out due to my friend not having enclosed shoes, we were shooting hoops when she said you need enclosed shoes, so I said “oh ok he can wear my shoes it’s fine” then she got really annoyed at both of us saying we weren’t listening when we were calmer then her. We were there with friends and they was in the soccer court and wearing slides. She didn’t care about them and didn’t kick them out. I will never be buying from this store ever again
Abysmal customer service! My friends and I were minding our own business and trying out the soccer and basketball courts when an extremely rude employee approached us and told us to leave as we didn’t have enclosed shoes which is fair enough, but then as we asked if we could use each others shoes even though they were the same size, and she accused us of backchatting and kicked us out of the store! we now realise the rude employee was in fact the manager of the rebel sports in joondalup named Louise.
