My first visit to Rebel in 20 yrs having lived in NORTH Perth. One of the ladies was very helpful, showed me what my physio had requested me to buy, went to the till w me. EXCELLENT service by pleasant people
Ordered a pair of football boots from this store for delivery. They arrived yesterday with what looks like to me already worn boots as there is clear visible scuff marks and dents. Paid over $300 for these boots for them not to be recieved as new. Will not be recommending anyone to order from this store
Not the first time I’ve walked into Rebel and waited around for 10 minutes with no staff in sight. Ended up leaving without buying anything — again. It’s frustrating, and unfortunately, it means I take my business elsewhere. They’re losing customers, not just sales.
