Ordered a pair of football boots from this store for delivery. They arrived yesterday with what looks like to me already worn boots as there is clear visible scuff marks and dents. Paid over $300 for these boots for them not to be recieved as new. Will not be recommending anyone to order from this store
Not the first time I’ve walked into Rebel and waited around for 10 minutes with no staff in sight. Ended up leaving without buying anything — again. It’s frustrating, and unfortunately, it means I take my business elsewhere. They’re losing customers, not just sales.
Went to buy shoes but the customer service very bad. The sales guy with a moustache whom I talked to was being rude. Not so professional. Haven’t met any sales person like him. Ruined my day
Absolutely Disgusting Sexist Business Practices. How can you advertise yourself as a unisex clothes shop when 2/3rds are taken up by clothing and equipment specifically geared towards women. From the right side when you walk in to all the way along the back wall even into the 'labeled mens section'. And where are the men's clothes, in a small little racked section next to and about the same size as the discount racks.
