Went in today 22/8/26 was looking at new shoes, was browsing about 15 mins, not one staff member asked if i would like help .. walked out, went elsewhere ..
Heaps of staff doing their jobs well, very organised and easy to brows threw their new and on sale stock. Some staff are a bit too full on with following you around the store and watching you, if your a paranoid person maybe find another store to shop.
Last week I shopped at Rebel in Joondalup to buy a Moon Ball. When I went to the checkout, two staff members were standing behind the counter chatting to each other. As I was paying, I asked the cashier a question, but she was so engaged in her conversation with her coworker that she completely ignored me. Rebel Joondalup is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the customer service is outstanding and feels like the Apple Store experience, with knowledgeable staff who genuinely want to help. Other times the advice is poor and leaves you wondering if the staff really understand the products they’re recommending. After following some disappointing advice in-store, I ended up buying an excellent pair of pickleball shoes online. Great customer service from Louise in the kids shoe section. Very knowledgeable and took the time to help us properly decide and choose shoes for our little guy.
