Been training over a decade, Tim and his team is knowledgeable, friendly, and the gym is super clean! I live an hour from here but travel up here every Saturday I have available for the open mat, it’s a blast!

This facility provides an exceptional training environment for practitioners of all levels. Cleanliness is clearly a priority, with the entire space maintained in impeccable condition. From the mats to the changing rooms, everything is spotless and well-organized. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a top-tier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience.

Dropped in while in town for work. Overall a great experience! Instruction was top notch and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Next time I’m in town I’ll be catching another class. Thanks again Tim!
